Home One Property Inspections provides you the buyer with the tools necessary to record carpet measurements, drapery measurements, and square footage calculations during the inspection. Home One gives you, the buyer, the opportunity to make the most of your time while you are at the home inspection and eliminate the need for you to re-visit the property to obtain this and other vital information of the property, which reduces your time at the inspection.
